Anybody seen one of these before

Spotted on a boat over the weekend and looks quite an interesting way of protecting your prop from theft and it doubles as a prop bag too. I've tried the website marked but cannot seem to find any info on them.

Looks like they lock around the entire lower unit with a locking device at the rear.

Anybody use them before ?

Wonders if they are specifically for the Mercruiser leg or are they available for outboards too ?

A friend of mine uses one on a v6 Merc outboard but can't say if it's any good or not because he's only used his boat twice in 3 years .
