any outboard breakers out there
Similar to car breakers are there such things in the UK as anyone who breaksdown outboard engines for parts, im after a specific part and if I have to order it will take a couple of weeks from the US.

Its a Manual Valve sub-Assy = 64E-43860-01-00 or older part number 64E-43860-00-00

could try eBay, but you might have to buy lots of engine to get the part you need. I'm sure one of the Yamaha dealers must be able to get you the part faster - or go direct to a US parts provider and pay for an expedited courier service - Good luck.

You might have better luck describing the part
Just beware of outboards12 if your searching ebay he breaks a lot of engines but seems to upset a lot of buyers too

Yes be very wary of anything being sold from the Soham, Cambs area.

There's a guy on Lewis that breaks outboards (mostly commercial engines) from fish farms. Like an outboard graveyard! Might be a long shot. He sorted me out with a starter motor a few years back. Outer Hebrides Business Directory :: Ian Stewart (Boats & Outboards)

eBay has everything breakers have available, their is a outboard breakers in the north that does not list their parts on eBay, google search should find them, sorry can't remember their name. . .

No Idea why you cant get one from your local dealer in 2 days. Yamaha are showing plenty in stock in Holland.
