yes water could come out as the connection is in either the g/housing or the btm of the leg depending what obm, i also notice that the speedo pipe connection is missing that is why you can see water

So its normal then? It was a dribble from the base of the pipe just worried me.

Yes just block it off, connect it up or leave it, dependant of how much it bothers you
