Aquafax do a 57mm i/d reinforced PVC tube. List is 67.00+VAT for 10m though.

If you have to get 10m 55-63mm from whatever source at a sensible price, I'd be happy to take around 3-4m for some long-awaited deck tidying.

They are what we use to kit out boats as do a couple of well known rib makers
