4-5hp outboard specs

any body have any links or info on the weights and deminsions of 1990's and newer two stroke outboards, 4 or 5hp. I am looking for a aux motor for my 5.4SR and looking for a small light weight motor.

I had a late 80's early 90's 5hp single cylinder Mariner, it did well, was light but been single cylinder did make the boat vibrate alot.

Any reason for post 1990s?

The technology of the small engines really didn't change much until 4- stroke appeared.

Ev/ Johnson did a small light 2-pot 4 that first appeared in the 60s and ran through to about 1990 in various cowls. Weighs in at about 13Kg, and is slim enough to park between my frame and main!

thanks for all the replies, I ended up just using the 8hp yammi, fits tight between th emain and the Aframe. I will have to use the main for steering but it moves out at around 5-6mph .
