Hi guys,

Does anyone know if it's possible to convert the 8 hp to a 9.8?

Thanks

Ben

I don't think so no

It's the 6/8 which is the same.

The 6hp, 8hp and 9.8hp share the same 169cc block, this was what made the 9.8 such a light engine for it's output.

I don't know what you'd have to change/adjust to make the upgrade. Probably more than you'd like...

Thanks for the reply guys, I picked up a honwave 3.2 with 8 hp last night, think the engine will be fine for me and my daughter to potter around.
