200 opti flushing

Read several threads on this but still unsure. DOes anyone have a manual for this model that can 100% say if it says the motor can be run or not while connected to the flush port??

2ndly i see some smaller motors have a kit, the bigger ones just seem to have an adaptor, do you literally fit it when your gonna flush then put the bung back in again during normal use???

cheers gt

Yup; that's the way supposed to do it. Remove plug, screw in hose adaptor, connect hose, flush, remove hose, remove adaptor, replace plug. Which is why I had a pair of muffs on my Honda 40.
