1997 short shaft merc 6hp with brig falcon 2001 275 rib

Hi

I am looking at upgrading my 6hp 2 stroke to a 9.9hp for my small 2.75 falcon rib.

Would it be worth selling privately or trading it in for a new engine?

It has been mt first season owning a rib and I have really enjoyed it and so has my family. I really want a bigger boat now but would be sorry to see the little brig falcon go!

Check the price being offered if trading it for a new one and start from there to sell it privately, definitely asking a higher amount and see what happens....
