I started losing heart and changed to a suzuki df140 wish I'd waited a couple of weeks.Its now on a ribcraft 585 that I've got advertised on here good package for someone and the engine runs perfect now.

You need to get an air pressure gauge and fuel pressure gauge on it. The CDS system will only see electronic faults from the senders.

Air and fuel pressures have been done and full diagnostics all injectors fuel pumps etc everything good

Ok next time it won't start check the tacho when cranking, see if it registers rpm. I have seen the flywheel crank sensor play up. If the engine can't see the rpm it won't like starting. Had a few Optis do this. The CDS won't pick it up but either have a look at the rpm on the CDS or check the tacho.
