150 Mariner Optimax Spark Plugs

Hi All, Just new to this and hoping ye can help me. This may have been discussed many many times on this forum but can someone tell me what spark plugs I should be using on my 99-00 150 Mariner Optimax V6 2 stroke outboard engine???
