A summer's evening trip out to see the World War 2 sea forts in the
Thames estuary. Leaving from the Royal Harbour at Ramsgate on
"Top-Banana", a 6m RIB with a top speed of 50mph, we will travel around
the North Foreland, cover 15 miles of the north kent coast before
heading 8miles offshore to visit 'Shivering Sands' the intruiging and
almost haunting group of now abandoned forts.
