Very Frustrating

Hi,

A word to "the management" please.

Once again I have the annual "pleasure" of trying to renew my Trade Membership. I want to renew it, I have the funds to renew it, but it seems every year Paypal conspires to disrupt things.

I don't and never have used Paypal for anything else other than RIBnet (a credit/debit card normally does the trick) Every year I get a message saying the card details held by Paypal are invalid. This year I've added another card and confirmed it (a ridiculously drawn out affair), but today I have been told that my Trade Membership has been cancelled due to invalid card details.

Surely there is some other way I can pay you guys???

Any suggestions - please

Sorry you're having problems with renewing.

Unfortunately PayPal is currently the only payment option that we have available. Although it seems to work OK most of the time there isn't much that we can do to engage with PayPal when an individual has a problem with their service.

This is obviously not helpful, but it's where we're at right now. I'll refer it to them upstairs for suggestions and see what I get back.

Thanks John

I'll get onto paypal and see what's the best way forward.

I just didn't want anyone to think I was trying to renage on Trade Membership on this forum- particularly as we find it excellent value for money.
