I'm sorry that some people seem to be having issues with the page load speed. It clearly isn't affecting everyone, but we'll try to work it out for you.
It would be helpful if you could do a traceroute and send the results to the helpdesk
. To run a traceroute on a Windows PC open a command window (Start : Run : Command) then type tracert rib.net
- when it has finished, right click on the title bar on the window and select Edit : Select all. Then hit enter and the output will be on your clipboard ready to paste into a message.
In the meantime make sure you have the latest version of whatever browser you are using, as older browsers will render the pages less efficiently.
