Ribnet Popup?

I'm on a PC using Chrome to browse RIBnet. I'm getting a 15 year anniversary popup if I sit idle in a forum or topic for a bit. Anyone else getting this? Any way to shut it off so I don't have to keep going to the top and reopening sub-forums?

I get the same occasionally on one of my laptops, started happening a few weeks ago. I wondered what special event I missed!

This is for a newsletter/daily roundup of site related posts and news that will begin to be e-mailed out shortly. If you dismiss the popup with a "no thanks" you should not be bothered by it again.

I've been on here for about 15 mins and it just started..... but doesn't stay on screen long enough to hit the "no thanks" button!

When I get my head / computer / phone round all these changes I'll get on to tell the story of myapparently miraculous battery recovery......
