Hi, any progress on this?

I've just got one of them iAndroisymbiPhone thingys, and wouldn't mind using an app rather than a full-on browser. Mine is an Android phone so Tapatalk and/or Forum Runner would be good (Forum Runner for Android is only in beta stage at the mo).

Ta ever so,
Ian

I've been looking at Tapatalk and Forum Runner for a while and have now activated Forum Runner.

It seems OK so far, but should only be considered as being in beta test on RIBnet. In other words if it gets scrapped for any reason don't come after me for your 1.19! In the meantime anyone willing to risk the investment is invited to have a try. Post here and let us know how you get on.

With a bit of luck there should be an attachment to this message which has been sent from an iPhone via Forum Runner.

Can't find Forum Runner in the Market on my Android - is that because it's only in Beta at the moment?

Yes. It looks like they're still looking for beta testers though so you may be able to get a copy direct from the developer:

Cookee I think the Android version was only released in private Beta this week: http://www.forumrunner.net/forum/showthread.php?t=236

That's correct, I'm beta testing it at the moment, although I haven't used it for Rib.net yet - that's my task for today when I need a break from work .

I'll report back, and Cookee if you fancied beta testing it too I'm sure they'd be grateful for the feedback.

Test upload from Android: sorry it's not rib-related, at least there is some water in it though :-s
