Not sure on rib type

Hi all. I purchased this rib as a project but wondering if anyone has an idea of the boat make or model. The hull doesn't have much of a v hull which had me wondering if it was worth using or no good for messing around in. Thanks in advance.

Looks like an early tornado

It has a very shallow hull, not unlike a current Air Craft
