New RIBnet merchandise

I'm planning to have some new RIBnet merchandise available in the next few weeks. What would you like?

Stickers are definitely coming, and they'll be freebies.

T-shirts Premium heavy weight t-shirts with a large logo printed on the back and a small print on the front. To keep the combinations and permutations of colours and sizes manageable these will probably only be offered in one colour (light grey maybe?), but a range of sizes.

Fleeces Regular and windproof versions in a range of colors. Embroidered to order.

Burgees RIBnet logo on both sides, on white background with sewn blue border.

Mugs Big white mugs with a big logo on them. Need to order 100+ so not sure whether or not I'll get these to start with.

Let me know what you think you might want to order. I'm sorting out prices at the moment and it would be handy to have some idea of the likely level of interest.

Everything except the Mugs sounds good to me.

Will probably order a Burgee, Fleece and a T-shirt.
Plus maybe a T-shirt each for the kids if the sizes go down that far.

Kids' t-shirts are a possibility.

T-shirts will be ordered in bulk (minimum 50 at a time), so I'll go for the most common sizes to keep as stock. I might be able to offer other sizes for people who are able to pre-order them before I get a run made though. That may also be an option for anyone who wants a non-standard colour.

I'd be interested in a t-shirt, but I'd prefer white or navy. What size will they go up to?

I'd also be up for a fleece depending on price, oh and a burgee!

White's a possibility, although personally I avoid white T-shirts as they tend to look old quickly! Navy won't be good, because the logo won't show up unless the colours are re-worked.

I'll probably stock medium to XXL, with the possibility of other sizes to order.

How big would the mugs be? Pint coffee mugs a la Starbucks would be good.

Fat git size? No problem Sir

If we have mugs they'll probably just be regular biggish size (ie Tall rather than Grande or Venti!)

Is the Burgee motif printed or sewn on ?

The last ones faded badly.

Printed, so that it reads correctly on both sides. The blue border will be sewn on.

I wouldn't recommend leaving them exposed the the elements 24/7 but for normal use I expect them to last very well.

They are from a specialist company, and when I asked about durability this was the answer: "We make the best burgees around. I would guess that one flying on an RIB will last about a year if flown day and night. They will fade in time. You will start to see the beginnings of that in about 6 to 9 months. The flags on my boat are flown 24/7 and I replace them every spring and they are in a very windy area even when tied to the dock."

How's that sound?
