new laptop problems (windows 10)

Hi all got a new laptop with windows 10 the problem I have is I can't open links within threads I just get a blank page, I would be grateful for any help,

Hmm my work win10 machine and chrome are fine so suggest it is a setting in chrome needs changing

download another browser, e.g. firefox & see what happens with that. Simple to do & tells you whether it's a Chrome thing or not

Sometimes links don't work for me if I'm not logged into the site.
Log in and the same link works fine.
(Safari on a mac)

Works perfect for me in chrome as long as i am logged in, log out, log in and hit "remember me" also are you opening links in a new page or new tab?
