A little off thread and I hope you eventually get your money back.

I am owed some money by a marine company which I have been chasing up for a while.

I am coming to the end of my tether now and am prepared to go public. They have been warned if its not sorted soon.

Maybe RIBNET should have a 'Name and Shame section'. Being open forum the companies named can always state their case. As can the aggrieved 'Joe Public'.

Don't bother threatening them, just get along to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk and start a County Court claim against them. It's really easy.

I don't think we need a separate section for it, but there is plenty of precedent for this happening here already.

Its only Fourty quid, But thats nearly a car load of fuel, and its been going on since November. They have until 27th August then its public naming time.
And because they are local its going to be banging on the door time.
