Forum Search Restrictions/IE7

I have recently changed my laptop and now use IE7.

If I do two searches on the forum in quick succession - I now get the message saying "You can only do 1 search every 10 seconds, try again in X seconds". (Which I used to get on my old laptop as well)

But now - that message is terminal - and the message repeats ad infinitum.

Its gotta be something to do with the cookies - since logging off and logging back on again clears it.

Anyone else get this problem?

I've not heard of that before but it does sound like it may be a cookies issue.

Is it still happening?

I'd say a cookie issue. Try clearing them for this site and try again. A pain I know but it sometimes works. Failing that use Firefox, google chrome, Safari instead.

I have found that just going to the index of the forum - and then back to the "new posts" link sorts it without the hassle of cookie clearing - logging off - or changing browser!
