It is a bit of a risk I suppose having that email address in my signature. Interestingly it's the first Spam I've received that mentions rib.net.

Marc Schneider and Multilingual Search Engine Optimization under various compay names are well known spammers. As Polwart and Nos said, it's almost certainly a bot that picked up on the email address in your sig and assumed it was the site owner contact.

By the way, for anyone running email on their own domain name I recommend using Google Apps to handle your mail. It allows you to use your own domain name, but with a full Gmail web mail interface as well as POP3/IMAP, and truly excellent spam filtering. They don't shout about it, but the "Standard edition" is free.
