A couple of people have been requested not to use RIBnet as a vehicle for their many and varied non-boating moans and gripes. Apart from that they are still able to post as normal.

The FGT has been banished back to the dark side as he's proved repeatedly that he just can't help posting inflamatory drivel just for fun.

Apart from that the banned list consists of one sociopath, a handful of dopplegangers and a couple of hundred spammers.

Not a bad result out of 4,900 registered users

BTW while I'm looking at numbers, each month we're getting over 30,000 visitors (unique IP addresses) and serving 2,000,000 page views!

The fun tends to be somewhat one sided. Pointless antagonism isn't a route that I want RIBnet to take as I don't think it's in anyone's best interests.

They are not particularly encouraged, but I haven't placed an outright ban on them. Some that appear to exist for malicious purposes have been prevented from posting. It hasn't been a major problem so far.
