Advice needed

Hi all having a bit of a problem just stripped Antifoul paint And there seems to be some sort of other paint underneath which is being awkward to get off

PM nugent on here he does this kind of stuff knows his onions too I do know it's a pain to remove and you won't get it back shiny without a re coat but nugent will know.

I've had good success with plain old standard cellulose thinners and plenty of rags keep it soaking and it softens and comes off
Bit messy if your doing a large area but if its smaler patches then worth a try 25 ltrs is about 25 quid so not expensive and handy for all manner of things

Got the antifoul off itís just the same of the primer will not come off . Should I use something different to get it off

never anti fouled for this reason, plus always kept my boats ashore but looking at this applying anti foul in reverse your hull will be pretty crap looking when all the coating is off leaving two options a respray finish to get a shine back or re-anti foul i would have thought unless someone knows different
