It hasn't been called the Workboat Show for about 10 years!

Well worth going if that's your thing, lots to see there. Search seawork on here and you'll find reports and piccys from Johns and others previous visits.

In addition to the main WB Operating Companies there are also sections on Diving, Repairs and many other sectors.

There are also short (and a couple of long) presentations every day some of which I have found interesting in the past. Who knows there may be a presentation on the proposed MCA STCW 95 Master (Work Boat) <500gt this year. Understand that the presentations this year will be back attached to the main show area rather than at the cruise terminal where they were last year.

We've walked the show for about 7 years and this year the company is taking a stand for the first time.

Check out the Park and Ride scheme that they always offer. Don't bother with booking a parking space as the P & R Scheme is very good.

Thanks for the heads up on the P&R. I havent been for quite a few years and am looking to walk the show this year so that sounds hassle free.
