I was supposed to be on Saturday but had to cancel. Whats on ? I think thats Jimbos new stomping ground now.

Yup. I'll be in sometime tomorrow dropping the Uni Rib back off having borrowed it for the weekend, then off to Lymington for a few days.

No we were in the Humber- the only boat that did not, were there more break downs the next day.

no breakdowns, think it was in built fuel tank problem rather than engine.

So a group of RYA Trainers get together in Portsmouth for a chin wag and take a group of ribs out round the harbour only to have all but one boat break down, hmm that's not very impressive is it. I do wonder about some of these trainers, I met one who drives water taxi's on the Thames so he was quite good at boat handling et al and I was happy to have him as an instructor, yet there are other trainers that sit behind desks 5 days a week shuffling papers and have CVs that say they have even travelled as far as the Needles
