Wanted RIB mfr for sale???

Hey,

If anyone knows of any RIB manufacturers that want out and have a good decent mould of 8-10 mtr please let me know

Interested in buying business either as going concern or recently gone bust??

I thought I saw adverts for Lencrafts moulds and workshop equipment for sale but can't see it now, They are based on the south east coast of Ireland.

Website seems to still be in production today though so are they still trading or not ?

'Excaliber' in Northern Irland recently ''Went through the Hoop'' not sure how big a RIB they went up to but decent boats by all accounts.Thet looked pretty Good.Certainly be good to keep a home manufacturer going.May even be some Government assistance in that neck of the woods. Good Luck!!

Nick, I thought there was an Isle of Wight production/business offered for sale, may have been on Ribnet if memory is working tonight ( was it Leeway?)

Excalibur were Cork based in Ireland, think there was a post here in the last few days that 2 of the old employees had started up again with the same moulds

I think Lencraft are back in a small way, more repairs and retubes then new builds

Wow thanks for the quick response peeps, the leeway looked ok but they are made by power marine in cowes, and from the days when I was working with Tony Lee Elliot and Mike Armatige, if you don't make yourself in a nice cheap shed, with a couple of craftsman then it all starts to come out a bit more expensive........

I'll keep searching Europe wide cheers for all your help so far

R u sure? I thought lee was making them himself, and cheap was a key selling point.
