VAT question

I am aware of zero VAT rating for any boat carrying 10 or more passengers but have been unable to locate the relevant documents/web pages to help, does anyone have this knowledge of the location of this info?

EDIT - just to be clear it relates to the VAT chargable (or not) on the passenger "service" not the actual purchase of the boat itself.

Thank you for the link, I will get the accountant to sort this as I am clearly missing a trick to get more from the government allowances
