Hi Tim, I can see that there was a Paypal subscription reversal from your account on 27 October which refunded £100 to you and will have deactivated your Trade Membership. I have asked Social Knowledge to check whether this was a duplicate payment being refunded. Could you check your Paypal account for any payments or refunds from Social Knowledge and let me know what comes up?
The "Contact us" form at the bottom of the page goes to the general Social Knowledge support desk and the RIBnet team don't routinely monitor this although they do pass on any queries that they can't handle. It's OK, for general enquiries, but sending me a PM would normally be quicker in this sort of situation.
