Ian,

Just another point how do you do your Powerboat Driving Experience in terms of coding ect?

Also how does it sit with the insurance?
Just thinking could be a can or worms if one of the other customers got injured whilst the boat is driven by a non experienced customer.

Not knocking it as I think it is a great idea just wondered how you control it etc.

outboard fire solution

hi folks
i have done some research on outboard and batt/box fire protection where a normal auto fire extinguisher or fire trace would not fit. i am happay to say that i have found a solution.and it is not expensive! so much so that i think it will suit many outboard users. i have seen this tested and working and the suppression works very well.

if i can be of any help then please contact me.

Hi Chaps,
Spotted this thread late, for what it's worth this is a copy of the RA I wrote and submitted to the MCA for this years Bladerun. BTW I did come across a few additional hazards along the way.

Please pass comment / use as you will. However it was accepted by Mike Toogood in Dover and was said to be quite a thourough document.
