Bristol Channel Marine (hard boats) or Giles Insurance in Irvine(ribs). Been dealing with both for years, very competitive quotes.

Following on from this...

Does anyone have independent public liability / third party insurance. I am an independent PBI and RYA / MCA Coastal Skipper and looking into sorting out personal liability insurance as opposed to School or boat insurance...

Thoughts...suggestions...?

Gordon...

Gordon - my liability insurance is with Heath Lambert. Good value, I've got all the documents on my computer, if you want them drop me an e-mail address and I'll forward them over.

Likewise if anyone else wants them, drop me an e-mail on james@daviescoaching.co.uk and they're yours. Price ranges from £35 - £55 depending on your area of operation.

Im with Portcawl. I chose them becasue they were one of very few who would allow me to pay monthly. I hate anual policies as I change my boats often and find it much easier to manage with monthly policies. So far they have been very good; always someone at the other end of the phone.

Who do you use for employer liability? Just incorporated the business but can't find a company to do the insurance
