We have been asked to broker a very tidy 6.5m Ocean, it has a pair of one year old 90HP engines and is in great shape but other than the coding specs it has only a minimum of electronics and other 'toys'.
Looking around the going price seems to be 25k, but is this a selling price and does it reflect good hull, good tubes, good engines but no frills?
