Basically any vessel which is used for commercial purposes at sea. If you want the forms and info PM me with your email address and I will send them to you.
I keep clear records of which boat, where I got the fuel from, no of lts, how much etc etc. On the forms is asks for each voyage to be listed but that would be a nightmare for most commercial users so I just list what we do.
