Cat C Kit drugs should only be used on the instruction of a doctor over the radio. as a commercial vessel, it is a requirement to carry a cat c kit. Every vessel carries one so should you have the appropiate ailment onboard which you call the UK coast guard for they will connect you to a "Navy doctor" who will know what you have in your kit and will ask relevant questions them perscribe the drugs you carry if necessary.
