Business Grant

Hi all, I have a question.
I have an idea for a business which would require a RIB and some other expensive equipment. I have approached some local authorities but as I expected in these trying times no grants are even considered.
Does anyone have any suggestions for where to try next?

Thanks in advance.

Spoke with them today, they are now only advising folks who are out of work.
They now only run courses on how to run a small business, (or so the person I spoke to today says so).

Thanks for the info Ian but I am afraid I fall outside the criteria set in the web pages.

I'll keep looking.
