Last One

And the questions is:

WHY GEMINI ZAP CATS (RIBs also but this I leave it for another day) COST ABOUT 3 TIMES MORE IN THE UK THAN THEY COST IN SOUTH AFRICA (full kit, engines the lot)??? ARE THEY MADE OUT OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS?? WHY PEOPLE IN THE UK ARE RIPPED OFF

Any one will dare answer??

Manos, surely you know the answer to this.

It's because the gullible british public will pay that much.

Out of interest, will you be making a profit on the ribs that you are importing from South Africa?

Dirk

Marginally yes.
However, what I make is in kind rather than in money. i.e. have my new racing RIB highly discounted with lots and lots of extras free etc etc
For me this is a hobby and NOT a business but if it was to be a business making 100%+ profit wouldn't had been my goal.
Is called, Marginal Cost Pricing (for those who have done basic economics. Deffinately the UK importers haven't)
