Anything that does nearly 100mph needs a great deal of respect.

The race version weighs 975 kilos with a Mercury XS200 or 2.5EFI (280hp) without fuel, but complete with all the safety equipment, lifter and bow tank ready to race - with an XS200 the speed is 73 mph in a race or 76 mph in very flat water. We are hoping to go to speed week in November (and maybe break 90mph!), but I have achieved 84mph with a side wind and some chop without using the lifter.

And never been upside down!

Very nice up to 65mph, then it wants very very very carefull attention at all times, or it will try kill you!

Hey - some one has to have common sence!! Since we started winning things she just wants to go faster. Racing became more expensive since she became enthusiastic!
