Perhaps instead of claiming how expensive it was to enter you should learn the facts of what was included and what it cost to lay on the event. Unless you knows the facts then perhaps you should stop trying to insult the organizers.

Just a thought..

Hi Jon! We'll have both of the BananaSharks at the show on the Try a Boat bit, so I hope you'll come for a spin in the race boat - might even join you for a beer at the Folly as well!

Are well thereís the rub if you look at the ribraid site you know exactly what you get and if I might say it is a hell of a lot for £30
But this rally was heralded with platitudes and hyp that told us nothing hence a lot of the comments

The Jon Brook Folly gumball rally (JBFGR for short) already offers more and only for the price of a beer.

Count me in and I could even wear a bikini if you are short of totty Des

ribraiding

mmmm... cup of tea, tuna in brine and a scotch egg....
(only joking) Doesn't exactly sound like my idea of fun but on the other hand, the other rally doesn't appeal to you so I can conclude that each man (and woman) to himself (and herself). Don't you agree?

NO I donít agree and youíve misses the point so I will spell it out to you.
Ribrad explained exactly what you got for your entry fee Ed and his crew couldnít Is that clear now

Why is it since this rally was first brought up on the forum we have had a load of people join who seem incapable of understanding simple questions or comments. Des

Basically, we are going to enter the 2006 one- but it will be on OUR terms - i,e rib-net will run a parellal event. Orgainisation will be first class, I can probably squeeze some money out of Speed Ferries/Hovercraft/News Intenational..... anybody is welcom-provided they are bone-fide and have all the proper paperwork. Only Ribs will be accepted and there will be rating based on hp. Course will probably be Dover/calais/dover. Any suggestions??

THE GREAT RIB-NET TROPHY??????????????
