yeah he was in the navy, he was a boat driver in south america, that's how I know him. Obviously he cant maintain a boat, but he can drive one!

and as for ruperts in the army, he wasn't good enough to be allowed to operate on land

No they have Rodneys too. The difference is Ruperts go through Sandhurst after public schooling and Rodneys go through the ranks trying to become Ruperts. A survey of one cavalry regiment showed that Rupert was the most popular christian name for an officer.

However what is worrying is a Rupert with a map. How far is this rally going however Timw, it would be worth following if only to see what happens next
