Valiant 750 with Optimax 150HP

We have recently replaced this RIB with something new and are keen to sell it quickly (reflected in the price).

THE RIB

• Valiant V 750 (2003)
• Extra width tubes
• Rear boarding ladder fitted
• A Frame
• Custom made top cover (new 2010)
• Re Anti-fouled in Blakes dark blue hard anti-foul September 2011 (since the photos were taken)

INTERIOR

• Reach bench seat for three (re-upholstered 2010)
• Double width console (with centre mounted throttle)
• Wind shield
• Standing/back rest for driver and navigator (reupholstered 2010)
• Seat in front of console (reupholstered 2010)
• The bow has two long lockers which can be used as benches to seat up to 7 more people in calm condition. These benches are not suitable as seating in rough conditions.
• Massive under floor lockers, rear locker, anchor locker

ELECTRONICS

• Standard Horizon CP500 12' color plotter (2009)
• Standard Horizon Echo sounder (2009)
• Icom M421 DSC/VHF set (2006)
• Steering Compass (2009)
• Nav Lights
• Bilge Pump

ENGINE

• Mercury V6 150 Opti max (2003)
• Opti Max instruments replaced 2009
• Alternator replaced 2010
• 380l below floor steel fuel tank
• Generation 2 throttle and gear cables
• Hydraulic steering
• Quicksilver Top Mount throttle

TRAILER

• Age unknown but i guess 2003-2005
• Twin Axle
• Roller trailer
• New bearings last year
• Brakes have been removed

THE BAD BITS

• The whole boat needs a clean
• Trailer has lots of paint marks on the rollers etc from previous anti fouling
• are a couple of patches on the tubes where damage has been done but these repairs have been done professionally

We have recently replaced this boat and no longer need it, it is taking up storage space in the marina, which we have to pay for, We are not interested in countless viewings, offers and hagggling and are therefore pricing it to sell quickly.

We will accept £9,500 for the RIB or £9,950 for the RIB and trailer. This is an incredible price for such a well specced RIB so please don't enquire and view unless you can afford the asking price. This is a lot of boat for this money and it will sell to the first person who can pay a deposit and complete quickly.

The transducer, antennas and DSC retail at about £500

The custom made cover was nearly £1,000.

New upholstery was nearly £1,000 and new Optimax instruments retail at over £1,000.

We have been very happy with this RIB while we have had it, it has handled rough seas better than any other RIB we have owned or managed (over 15 different RIBs) and I don't believe anyone who has owned a valiant V750 will fault it.

In answer to a couple of questions I have been pmed

The boat is ashore on its trailer at Kemp's Quay Marina in Southampton.

It has been used as a training boat for the last couple of years by us.
