Engine
2008 Mercury Opti-max engine, low hours in excellent condition.
Starts first time, never had a hiccup.
Drives the boat in excess of 20Knts with less than 3500 revs in a slight sea state, economical and capable of taking weight and towing, good for divers/safety boats.
Has Bay Star hydraulic steering fitted in march 2013.
Top speed achieved 38-40 kts

This is a very fast and capable boat.
It has been used in calm and rough weather as well as crossing a bar which frequently has breaking waves.
in flat calm conditions the boat is capable of very high speeds.
In a slight sea state or in rough weather the deep V hull does soften the impact but the boat is very trim sensitive and the engine does need to be trimmed regularly depending on the sea state.
The engine can be trimmed quite far down and underneath the transom to keep the bow down in rough sea or when tackling a breaking wave and does a good job at keeping the bow into sea and low down to push through.

Reason for sale, Boat isn't being used often enough due to work.
