Translation
Just look at the, they are all over the place, bloody soft southerners. But have you seen them all dress in their posh warm coats and scarfs when it is raining heavy. You have got to be a little soft in the head to be seen dressed in such attire especially if you are a true Yorkshire man. Why not do as the Yorkshire man does and simply wear a T-shirt in all weathers so as to make the most of the sun when it shines. After all, at this time of year one can expect a little rain and snow. Yorkshire men think Southerners are soft and look foolish in their seasonal garb.
