It's still green here in sunny (even in the dark) Sussex.
Move 20 miles SE.

20 miles SE of Southampton is a bit bl**dy wet. Just off Bembridge Ledge methinks.

I'm thinking more like 1000 miles south.

Anyway back to searching for my boat gloves which I put in a 'safe' place

You've got a boat havn't you...

OK Ribald
SSE or 22.6 statute miles bearing 106ºT from Soton’ University to be exact. Not even much of a frost here this morning.
Looking at the weather map for Monday/Tuesday - high over Scandinavia and low over northern France = SE > NE winds, which is the most likely weather pattern for snow on the south coast.

Hi Jackeens

Gemini have moved !!

Not sure where thay have moved to but its not to far from Saxon Wharf.

They also call themselves The RIB Repair Centre or something these days and tell me that is the side of the business that they want to concentrate on.

Getting impatient now !!

Hopefully off out with Andre for a while tomorrow from Littlehampton where I might be based.

I forgot they where moving at the end of the month.

They will be based on the hamble - can't remember the yard.

Paul

Ps are you and Andra heading up to the solent , if so we will be out

Not sure what time we're going out.

Some time about 14:00 I think so might have to give it a miss this time but I'll be on the water myself soon and want to get some hours under my belt. Its a while since I've had a RIB on the water.

sorry Paul but not this time . The de-winterising , service , anode replacement ect may take up all of the morning and due to the poor weather conditions we may just have a blast to Shoreham and back, will see.

One of these days you guys have to come our way and lunch in Littlehampton. A nice cruise and a change from Cowes/Yarmouth

Andre

Sounds like a great idea Andre.

Maybe meet at Littlehampton and go tear up the sea to Brighton for lunch or something similar.

These solent types don't know what they're missing !!

Yes we do! I've been stuck in an office in Worthing all week, and whilst there hasn't been any snow, it's still freezing!!

You have my sympathies Richard and I stand firmly corrected !!
