funny, but it is amazing that all the writing is done in singular print. Do they not teach joined up writing by GCSE/A Level any more?

My girlfriend is an secondary English teacher in a "challenged" school. Some of the stories are beyond belief. There is one kid (GCSE level) who can't spell his own surname. Yesterday a kid asked how to spell "play". The day before she was told to "suck dick bitch". Nice. I don't remember that sort of thing at school!! Likewise teaching the little darlings how to write full stop is a priority over teaching joined up writing!!

I interviewed a graduate some while back who listed as his hobbies and interests:

"I have a good memory and enjoy card games. I am a regular golf player, enjoy music and have a good memory."

A 'company' I worked for a while back was interviewing graduates for a 'marine post' the only question one application could come up with when asked if he had any questions for the board was "Will I get o drive the boat?"
