The first is a 146 Grain modern military one, the middle is a 168 match, and the last is a 190 .. all are 30 cal

The heavier heads were more stable for accuracy when affected by wind, but suffered a poorer trajectory. As time went on the 303 cartridge evolved to support all the war needs ( if thats what it is) .. and various versions were developed ..

All these heads in the pic have a boat tail design , which was a later adoption and probably isnt the style of the one you found..

The same head also became the standard for UK military throught the 70's when they used SLR's .. then it was a 7.62mm or 308 .. but it was the same .30 cal bullet head in the cartridge
