Not HD but still worth a watch - the Cardinal mark gives some idea of thre seas and wind strength even close to the shore

Can anyone recommend the lcd add on screen or the wifi back pack with remote for the hero 2.

Im looking at being able to frame the shots but was wondering what was best lcd or wifi via phone.

Both are discounted with argos so some good savings to be had.

Thanks

I use the wi-fi/remote with an ipad (now). The control over the camera is quite excellent with your ability to select and control anything on screen that you can with the camera itself (except of course physically moving the camera). But you can change the wide-angle etc. as well as turning the camera into stand-by mode for those minutes/hours you know very well you wont be filming.
I fixed mine outside to catch some annoying little b*****ds who were ringing my doorbell and then running away. This was meant to catch them on film whenever my external security light was activated.
I can tell you from experience, however that doesnt work. The definition/clarity of picture etc is rubbish.
