Cheers Martini, handy for keeping on board.

In terms of the software, i didnt get on with the cineform one at all. I used it for all of 2 seconds before going to windows 7 live movie maker. This i find really easy and you can slow down clips with ease, clip and basically do whatever you want. Mind you cant remember what i used to update the firmware with, i think this may have been in the cineform program?

Took a few bits of video today so am going to attempt somewhat of a video in the coming days.

The Gopro firmware is updated from the support section of the website. Download the appropriate file, unzip it, copy to an sd card then stick it the Gopro. There's a certain combination of button pressing to do then but its all on a video tutorial on the download page of the website
