That's very thoughtful of you, Chewy, and interesting in an academic kinda way. However, I live deep in Poitín making country and supply is abundant and low-cost

My favourite is the version with dissolved Brandy Balls (boiled sweets) in it. OK, it's a girl's drink, but in matters Poitín, I'm strictly amateur league
