Worst story than that

Last year my sister was in a NHS hospital (Salisbury Wilts.). I tried to call her for 3 hours, but got some stupid system that would not accept an overseas call. Had to go though international operator, BTC operator, threaten the hospital operator with death, talk to a snotty ward sister and eventually got through. Length of conversation was about 5mins.
Charges were $125.00 ( US) from the NHS system. I think it is called PatientCare. I then called her husband who lives 10 miles up the road for 3p a minute. This system was establish by Sir A/hole ( forgot his name) who used to be in charge of the NHS, is now the Dean of Aberdeen University and also was in charge of HM Prisons. He get's paid by PatientCare for endorsing their service. Have sent him letters to which he will not reply.
That is one of the reasons why I will never live in that wonderful, screwed up cheating country again. Sorry, the country is not cheating just the government.
I eventully manged to contact Sir ???????who is Chairman of the Hospital board. I received a very nice reponse from him saying he would look into the problem. A couple of days later I received a letter of apology from the hospital Chief Exec. but no refund. I also received personal tel. call from the hospital head of IT apologizing for the incident, but saying that he could not do anything about it as it was a NHS issue and that the system was under investigation by the government for over charging. Just goes to prove there are still some good guys over there.
Sorry to bore you all.

Hi Bogi

Is the car drivable/ road legal or a restoration case ??

as already posted above somewhere, can not the vendor sort out a MOT and some road tax ?? at worse, if he/she does a MOT, you at least know the car is road legal on that day !! and a bit of piece of mind,

The MG is only driven 12031 miles since new T-registration been kept in garage all her life.

It os more up to the seller as the car hasn“t had MOT for years and taxes as the seller is of the very old school and as the vehicle is leaving the country he wants the car to be transported on trailer or by transport vehicle.
