Its just that the Yanmar 6LP-STE 315 circa 2000 has a history of valve failure which can be remedied during a rebuild

Looks like you're going to have to widen the gate to the man-cave Biffer!

You have got some nice land Biffer have you ever thought of building a log cabin type bar on it ? "Biffers Bar"

I have been toying with the idea myself because my garden is large although nothing at all like yours but I thought that it would be good place to relax with a few beers after a days boating or in your case building... with a few mates.

Guy next door has a cobra, I got a log cabin but I put a hot tub in it, I could do another I suppose, but I'm selling up in another year and going down to devon or somerset, there has been talk of building n the land for as long as I've been here, 2 acres here is really desirable, got to get my sunny done and see if I can get Wibs to stop breaking seats before I retire

Gates are wide enough but not tall enough, taking the arch off anyway to do the work on it

You can't go Biff, it's always comforting to know there's an expert around the corner when I get myself into boat building bother!
