They should have asked the Rib Nob Crew,

QUOTE]

Imagine it, the Ribcraft/Osprey crew would be in the pub arguing/fighting. The SR gang would be spread all over the roads of Europe with collapsed trailers. The Brig gang would be all over the hull 'Brigging it up' with with cans of spray paint. The whiskey boys would be pissed and Willk would be hiding in the hills lobbing in occasional sarccy hand grenade.

The Humber crew would be drowning their sorrows in the pub with the whisky swillers, wishing that they'd done a little research before buying a Humber.

Can't quite work out what the Ribeyes would be doing - oh yes complaining that no-one takes their boats seriously, but they are man (or woman in the interest of diversity & equality) enough for the job if they really wanted to do it.

And a Mazda sponsored Ribeye was the first one there and won

...and there's probably a choice of candidates who could givew Captain Schettino a navigation lesson in how to avoid grounding. Would GJ0KYZ or Avocet be up for the challenge?
